Terms
Use Appree as a practical writing aid. You stay responsible for what you paste into the product, what you choose to send, and where you share the output.
AI output
Appree uses AI systems to reframe messages. Outputs can be useful, but they can also be incomplete, awkward, inaccurate, or wrong for the situation.
Review every output before sending it. Appree is not a lawyer, therapist, doctor, financial adviser, HR adviser, or substitute for professional judgment.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you provide, the rights you have to use it, and any decisions you make based on Appree output.
Do not use Appree to deceive people, impersonate others, harass, threaten, exploit, spam, publish private information without permission, or create content that violates law or another person's rights.
Paid plans
Paid Appree plans unlock higher usage limits and plan features shown at checkout. Billing is handled through Stripe, and subscription changes or cancellation are managed through the Stripe customer portal when available.
Plan access can depend on successful payment and webhook sync. If a billing return or checkout state looks wrong, contact akgrenier@gmail.com.
Accounts and data
You can manage your account and request account deletion from the product where those controls are available. Deleting an account can remove saved reframes, custom channels, preferences, and related account data.
If your account has a paid subscription, Appree must confirm cancellation before deleting the account. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion stops so you can retry, use the Stripe portal, or contact support.
Appree may suspend or terminate access when accounts are used for abuse, security interference, payment misuse, or activity that creates product, legal, or safety risk.
Public shares
Public share links are opt-in and can expose tuned output, channel context, and visible rationale or “What changed” notes. They do not include the original source text. You are responsible for choosing whether an output is appropriate to share.
Appree may remove, unpublish, or disable public shares that are abusive, infringing, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise harmful. Send takedown or abuse reports to akgrenier@gmail.com.
Questions, account requests, abuse reports, or public-share takedown requests can be sent to akgrenier@gmail.com. Include the relevant Appree URL when a public share is involved.
